I lost steam the past few days ... life drama got in the way of training. But I woke up today with the decision to stop moping around and wallowing in misery, and dragged myself outside for a 10K workout.
I feel a little better than I was before the walk, I guess due to the flowing endorphins in my system, and the fresh air. Oh, and the muscley shirtless sweaty men jogging by me smiling & saying good morning could have had something to do with my mood changing too :) I also shaved 3 minutes off my 10K finish time, so that was a nice accomplishment too.
Now I am off for a swim in the pool to cool down, then shower, lunch, and figure out how to tackle the latest drama that's plaguing my life.
